CNC Machining
Advanced Steel Technology offers a full range of CNC machining capabilities to supplement our oxy-fuel and plasma cutting services. We have a variety of modern 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centers, equipped with dual pallets and 16-32 chucks, that are capable of fabricating parts from A36, A572 Grade 50, heat treated quench, and tempered steels.
From milling and lathe work to profiling and forming, our engineering department provides the CAM programming services and fully automated, quality controlled workflows for producing components measuring up to 4 feet x 8 feet and having extremely complex geometries. Precise measurements, calculated using our latest technology coordinate measuring machines and other metrology equipment, guarantee that we meet all dimensional tolerances and deliver parts to you that are 100% to specification.
We accept drawings in many file formats, and our ISO 9001-certified facility specializes in producing parts for the construction, material handling, and heavy equipment industries. To learn more about how our CNC machining services can help you with your application, contact us today.
